I am a 36 year old female with no history of any ailments. I got my lipid profile done yesterday as routine . My cholesterol level shows as 220 with LDL as 152 HDL 54 Triglycerides 70 VLDL 14 TC/HDL 4.0 LDL/HDL 2.8 . How do I reduce my cholesterol levels ?
