My ESR is 50, I'm 42 years old. I have been battling with a slightly wet cough for 4 weeks. The first week into this cough, the white part of my right eye was red, and I had headaches. 3 weeks into this I've had a low temp. fever, with hot and cold sweats. Had a chest xray, and it was clear. What could I have?
You may have an injury on the mucosa of upper lip area. It may causes compression of the infra orbital nerve, this may cause the numbness. This compression will not come out in the x-ray.
You have to do physiotherapy of the area, it is only evident from electromyography test. Give hot fomentation over the area. Also, take a Vitamin B12 tablet once daily.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
