How To Reduce Creatinine And Potassium Levels In A Polycystic Kidney Patient?

Sir, I am a polycystic kidney patient under haemo-dialysis since for the past three years. Recently my creatinine and potassium has shot up to 8.1 and 7.9 this month. How can I bring it under control. My weight gain is usually around 1.5 to 2.5 kg. Dry wt is 42.5 kgs. Please let me know how much liquid I can take. Will consumption of neem leaves help. Pushpa Iyer

I really appreciate your concern, let me inform you that to bring the value of creatinine down is only possible with dialysis and nothing can be done beside this, salt restriction can be applied but in your case it may not have any value or importance no need to try neem it is useless in your case Hope this information helps.
