How To Reduce Creatinine Level While Having Diabetes?
Hello Doctors,My query is about my mother, she is 54 years old. She is a diabetic patient for over 25 yrs and has undergone Angioplasty a decade ago. She was keeping well and during her routine follow ups, we found that her Urea\ Creatinine values were high and we consulted some nephrologist. She underwent a renal biopsy and found that she has some kidney scar due to which the activity of kidney has decreased. She is medications for the same. However, her Hb level has gone down to 5 recently. She is not able to perform daily activities. Since she has all the above mentioned complaints, there is no proper solution suggested. Please advise the best possible ways to reduce her creatinine level and increase her Hb level. Thanks in advance.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, here if the creatinine is the concern then underlying cause of this need to be managed or treated creatinine alone can not be treated like pain and fever, in chronic renal disease it remains elevated hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
