How To Reduce Dark Circles?

Hello I am 18 years old. I wear glasses for almost 10 years now and my dark circles are getting even more dark. I have tried everything except laser treatments. I cannot apply make up well and i hate the look on my face when i get up in the morning. Please help!!

1. your concern is called periorbital hypermelanosis.
2. there are many reasons for it.
3. check your hemoglobulin levels.
4. you can try R.O.C sublime cream, once daily bed time.
gently massage into the lower eye lid skin.
5. have reviews about arginine peels and plan for few sessions.
