My bloods came back clear for ibs. I m only 31 have a good diet and exercise when I can as in pain with 5 knee ops and 3 degenerate disks in lumber spine. It s embarrassing as I look pregnant all the time and I m scared to eat. I take diazipam, tramadol which helps my back but not my stomache. How can I ease the bloating?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Elevated white blood cell count is due to infections or malignancy (lymphoma).
A differential count is also required to know the possible cause of elevated white blood cell count.
Infections are common cause of high white blood cell count.
In such case, the focus of infection needs to be identified and appropriate antibiotics need to be prescribed to control the infection.
I suggest you to post the differential white blood cell count to know the possible cause of elevated white blood cell count and thus management.

Thanks and take care
