my self shilpa katoch i am indian girl having age 26 yeras old and recently my esr level is 40 and i also have gastric problem and heavy accumulation of fat in my stomach. then suggest me natural way to reduce my esr level through fruits and diet.

ESR test is not a confirmatory test for any disease.it is a prognostic tool.
high level ESR indicates some inflammation in response to any reaction in the body like in rheumatoid arthritis,endocarditis,Abscess etc.
Increased ESR with clinical correlation (symptoms) need medical management.
Normal healthy individual will have increased ESR.
