two weeks ago my fasting blood glucose was 125 on a hospital test. This morning I did a test at home, fasting level of glucose was 133. I am very scared now , don't know if I should do low carbs, low fat, or something else. I am 61 year old female with a family history of diabetes.

In case you are not able to control your blood sugar levels by these natural ways in a months time, then it would be better to consult a doctor and take a proper prescription of anti diabetic medicines. Thanks
