How To Reduce Fasting Level Of Glucose?

two weeks ago my fasting blood glucose was 125 on a hospital test. This morning I did a test at home, fasting level of glucose was 133. I am very scared now , don't know if I should do low carbs, low fat, or something else. I am 61 year old female with a family history of diabetes.

Hello,
Get your PP blood sugar also done.
Take proper dietary control measures by avoiding sugar, sweets, colas, cookies, jams, fruit juices etc and start doing regular exercises for 30-45 minutes a day.
In case you are not able to control your blood sugar levels by these natural ways in a months time, then it would be better to consult a doctor and take a proper prescription of anti diabetic medicines.
Thanks
