How To Reduce Fat In Stomach While Having Type 2 Diabetes?

Hi,
I accept that I am obese but what worries me is that I seem to be unable to reduce the size of my stomach and my urine is usually yellow.
I do not drink nor eat meat (occasionally fish)
I am type 2 diabetic taking metform, amlodopine, losartan, simvastatin and cod liver oil.

Thanks for contacting HCM

I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty losing weight. diabetics have a much more difficult time losing weight. The good news is that from your description you are on the correct medications and that you diabetes is controlled. To help improve your chances of weight loss you must exercise daily. To improve your metabolism exercising daily with just walking 30-60 minutes each day will help. Also reduce snacks and eating late at night. In time and I am talking about weeks you will gradually lose weight. Be patient and diligent.

Good luck
