How To Reduce Heart Rate Without Medication?

My heart rate is 103, when it was taken at my doctors yesterday it was 100. I m getting blood work done this week because I had half of my thyroid removed about a month ago. if it s not do to my thyroid what else can it be? Is there anything I can do to help lower it on my own? 24F175
