Drinks and gluten. And started supplements. Ultra D , nitric balnce, and oxicell cream. I was thinking of adding glutamine. And creatine. For more immune support.?.

Are you on Synthroid or other thyroid replacement pills from your doctor? TSH can be lowered by a) staying away from soy products; b) There are nutrients available such as kelp, etc. that helps your thryoid work. The one I found that works the best is available from Pure Encapsulations. By the way, a TSH level like you have is extremely high and needs intervention in my humble opinion. I would anticipate a level this high would cause depression, wt. gain, lethargy, cloudy thinking - does that sound like you? I hope I have helped with a few ideas. Thank you, Kathy, your personal nutritionist
