Hello and welcome to HCM, Itching in private parts can occur due to fungal infection, pin worm infestation or allergy as mentioned by after using a hair removal cream. In case there is no evidence of fungal infection or pin worm infestation, allergy is the most probable cause. Discontinue the use of hair removal cream or do not use it in future. Oral anti-histaminic will help to alleviate itching due to allergy. However, a clinical assessment is necessary to rule out any other possibility. The fluid filled bumps on finger could also be due to the allergy which has caused itchy lesions on genital region. Treatment for both allergic processes is same.
