How To Reduce Knuckle Pain?

today i have punched a concrete wall in anger, i do regret doing that now because. my knuckle is really hurting, everytime i bend my finger, i get a powerfull strain. i have used ice to stop the swelling but the pain is really bad. and on my other hand, my pointing fingerm when i touch the middle bit of the finger, the pain is unbeleiveable.. i am having abit of trouble bending them please help asap!
