I am suffering from lower back pain. It is on the left lower back. I was having it from 3 to 4 days. But today it got worse as I unintentionally put some stress on it. I can hardly move. The pain is severe now. Please help me with this. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

The most common cause of lower back pain is muscle strain, slipped disc, degenerative disc disease, arthritis, sciatica, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get blood tests, CBC, urinalysis, X-ray, CT, MRI, etc done to detect nerve compression, slip disc and other pathology.

You will be treated accordingly. In the mean time, take NSAIDS, Combiflam, one SOS when required to ease pain. Take medicines after meal. You can apply pain relieving ointments or sprays like Volini. Taking hot bags may help. Stay at rest, do not strain unnecessarily.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
