How To Reduce Lower Back Pain?

Hello Im 19 years old and experiencing from very very bad lower back pains, they often restrict me from standing,walking or even sitting. I back feels stiffed and hurts a lot if I try to move or bend a little forward. It feels like I m getting cramps in my lower back. I also feel quick sharp pains at times. Please if you could help me or guid me on what to do because I feel if I go to my GP they will just give me paracetamol or some other medications, which I don t find useful. Thank you

Most persons at your age, do not experience significant back pain so if this continues , you should consider imaging of the back.

You should also consider assessment by a orthopedic doctor so that the definitive cause can be determined.
As mentioned imaging would be needed, this may include an initial xray but may also involve CT or MRI
