How To Reduce Menstrual Pain?

Hi doctor my first question is I always suffer extreme pain in my monthly periods what can I do for it if I take pain killer then my bleeding stop and my second question is one time blood pass in my stool and never happend agin by the grace of my Allah and I m also not suffering for constipation so what mean of it I m suffering from piles

Hello and welcome to HCM!

Well most of the women have painful periods but the pain is not equal to every woman. Pain killers are the necessary and the best alternative in this cases. About the blood in the stool, we can't be sure if it was from your periods because it happened only once. You have to be examined by your gynecologist to see the possibility of any fistula in your genital tract.
