How To Reduce Muscle Tightness In Feet?

severe muscle tightness. started in feet (bottoms very sensitive). Crampness has moved up to top of feet progressed to the calves...and now going on above the knee to the thighs. this has been a progression for several years..muscles never relax and if I try to strech muscles they get even tighter. ever step I take hurts and this condition is in both legs. Wake up in the morning still feeling exhausted and have no energy. please help...

You need investigations like- blood calcium/ vitamin D/ R factor & x ray lumber spine to come to exact cause.
Specific treatment by orthopedic surgeon which will be in form of medications/ dietary supplements/ physical therapy/ spinal surgery as per the cause & severity of symptoms.
