How To Reduce Noise And Pain When Slapped In Ear?

Hi...I was slapped multiple times on the ear yday...n also a couple of times in the last few day..I keep hearin a noise in the ear when slapped...the noise stopped but there is a pain in the ear now....i dont have access to visit a doctor...what can i do at home to reduce pain

Mind you but you can take very basic anti inflammatories if you have at home - like tab combiflam twice per day for 3 days to start with. Keep ear dry. Would not prescribe any ear drops for? A traumatic perforation or fluid or decompression injury to ear/ tm.
