How To Reduce Pain And Swelling In Perineum?

my perineum is sore and swollen after sitting on metal benches for 2 hours how can i reduce swelling and pain. had this problem 5 years ago after using restroom and wiping to hard which i still do. dr. prescribed antibiotic and it went away. thank you.
