How To Reduce Pain Below Belly Button Around Urinary Bladder?

Hello sir/madam I have been feeling pain below belly bottom but it comes and goes when pain starts i feel like i should go to bathroom but i couldn t go motion completely. No issues of urine problem but pain seems to be around urinary bladder and 1-2 inch below naval. I have tried constipation tablets but couldn t resolve problem Thanks for answering.

I really appreciate your concern, possibility of stone (Renal) need to be ruled out and for this it is better to get done the x-ray of lower abdomen, you have not mentioned your age and gender else something more specific could have been thought, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
