How To Reduce Pain Due To Endometriosis And Ovarian Cyst?

for last 6years i have endrometriosis with ovarian cyst.i have treated by danazol,lupramide depot,asmita ocp.but there is no improvement.pain is increasing day by day.doctor gave me drotin ds ,spasmoproxyvon bt it didnt work.now i am taking aceproxyvon.bt still pain is not cured.i have to take aceproxyvon six hours gap.is aceproxyvon harmful?now i am taking ashmita ocp from this month.please suggest me what to do tp reduce the pain
