How To Reduce Pain In Arms And Burning In Neck?

I have taken pravastatin 40mg for a few years and had no problem with it till the last 2 or3 months and I have trouble sleeping for so much pain in my arms and neck burning and can't find a good resting position, I stay tired all the time and feel like I could sleep but when I try I can't. the pain affects me trying to work also am on pain meds so I can work/ can this drug be my problem didn't take it last night and the pain wasn't as bad as the other nights.
