How To Reduce Pain In Chest And Throat After Taking Sertraline?

I took one of my sertraline tablets with only very tiny bit of water over nearly 2 hours ago. I m in agony, chest and throat are in so much pain. I have tried gaviscon, water, eating bread, drinking tea but all have been even more painful. How can I stop this pain?

I really appreciate your concern, such pain may not be due to less water taken while swallowing drug but this could be due to some functional condition and try to come out this, then pain would be no longer there, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
