How To Reduce Pain In Collarbone?

I ve been working out lately doing two miles everyday. The last few days I ve noticed my collarbone hurts and it hurts when I swallow. It feels like everything is closed up. It hurts to breath. It s more on the left side of collarbone. What should I do. What can u do to make it less painful.
