How To Reduce Pain In Hands, Wrist And Fingers?

i have really sharp pains in my hands,wrist, and fingers about 20 times a day. sometimes its very strong so strong i cant move my hand or fingers. i have tried asprin,motrin, and ibuprphen. what should i do to help with the pain and effect so i can work proper.
