How To Reduce Pain In Legs, Back And Shoulder?

Hi my name is usman . I m from Dubai. I am suffering from viral fever 2 days before. I ate sore orange firstly throats was paining then slowly slowly temperature gone up to 103. At this stage I took panadol 500 mg and a cough syrup. I m feeling very much weakness and pain in my legs shoulder back and head. Please advise me to get rid from it. I could not sleep from the last 2 days due to pain in body

Based on the description, it is likely that you have the flu. Though the cough and cold and the flu would both cause fever, sore throat, cough, the cold is not normally associated with muscle aches and pain.

In general the symptoms last for 7 to 10 days. You should continue the paracetamol to help with the fever and pain. As an adult you can use 1000mg every 6 hours.

In addition, wearing cool clothing, drinks cool beverages, fan therapy and tepid sponging would help with the fever.

The cough syrup can be continued to help with any cough symptoms.
