How To Reduce Pain In Lower Back, Shoulder, Arm And Pelvis?

On last Monday I woke up early morning for work and my whole body was in pain, my bones hurt, the pain continue the rest of the week and on Thursday I couldn t bend over my pelvis and lower back hurts really bad, in my slept, my right upper shoulder arm been hurting for about 2 months now, hurt to raise my right arm above my head. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, Monday. What is your advise? Thank you

It seems to a case of vertebral column strain. Relaxational exercises should be done in order to make the muscles relaxed. Muscle spasm is associated with lifestyle problems such as forward bending, prolong falty sitting etc. Extension exercises are good to relieve such spasms.
