How To Reduce Pain In Shoulder And Ribs?
Hi Doc, I am not a regular with my sport. Last week while playing football someone hit his shoulder into my left ribs area. After two days it started paining a lot. A visited doc and he advised me CHYMORAL-AP. I tried to tell him that I was hit around same area an year back when I felt down from my bike. At that time also pain started in that area after two-three days. There is no breathing problem, but it pains when I am trying to change sleeping posture or even getting into sleeping posture. Please suggest how should I treat this? Regards, Mithalesh

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the hit on rib area or exactly on rib then it is advisable to get done the x-ray of this area to rule out the fracture although nothing much can be done if this is rib fracture ever detected but you have to be very patience because it will take few weeks to come around, and analgesic can be tried, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
