How To Reduce Pain In Thigh And Buttock?

Hi Im living in spain for the summer ive been using sun cream alot but my left thigh/ side of my bum is causing me alot of pain. It does not look sunburnt, its not red. Though I clearly have caught the sun there as I have a bikini mark. But it is really sensitive to touch and hurts like I had bashed it really badly which I have not. I dont know where to go out here of if I am just being silly and the pain will pass.
