How To Reduce Pain In Upper Arm And In Armpit?

I have pain in my upper right arm and in my right armpit. I have had at times severe pain and have seen two physiotherapists and an osteopath apart from my family doctor. I am now on painkillers (that is Panadol) every four or so hours - this has been ongoing since last November.

Can you help me please?
