How To Reduce Red Areas On Arms, Shoulders And Scalp?
Hi, i have red areas (not big) on arms, shoulders and scalp. They have a white crusty leathery appearance. My dr. says i have skin damage from the sun but i think it is a form of porasis(sp), i have to pick the top layer off in order so it doesn t look so bad but comes back white patchy covering again. What should i use on it? to help go away.
