Good evening, I have terrible vaginal itch and the inside is very red. The doctor did find a bacteria and gave me antibiotics for three days waiting for the culture to come back but I need something for the itch but am concerned with so many things in the market

Hi,
It seems that there might be having fungal infection and now super added with secondary bacterial infection.
Continue with antibiotic medicine.
Take Benadryl or Levo-cetrizine to control itching.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Apply triple cream locally.
Ok and take care.
