How To Reduce Redness And Sore Small White Spots In And Around Upper Lip And Nose?

Hi, I have a redness and sore small white spots in and around my upper lip and nose. I have been taking antibiotics for 4 months now as my doctor tells me that it is perioral dermatitis. Is their anything more i can use like creams etc to help reduce it?

Hello dear,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

If it is diagnosed perioral dermatitis, oral antibiotics are indicated.
Additionally you may apply topical clindamycin gel over the lesions twice daily.
