How To Reduce Sugar Level During Pregnancy?

My wife is pregnant and seven months is going on. I had consulted doctor as a regular check up, she said for blood sugar checkup. I had check up the High sugar had found P.glucose Fasting 128 mg/dl and Glucose Post Prandial 257 mg/dl. ?
Please suggest what need should I or she would do to reduced the sugar level ?

Dear madam I understand your concern.
The sugars are little more nothing to worry about that,take tablet glucophage 500 mg two times a day after food.
This is a safe tablet as per studies.
daily do walking for 45 minutes and avoid sweets.
consult a diet expert for diet plan during pregnancy.
