How To Reduce Sugar Level?

Hi, I'm Rovie from the Philippines, i have diabetes (type 2), I've been down since last week, having a reading of 419-294, been taking Glucophage XR 500 and Januvia..Even if I don't eat and drink water, i still get the same reading..waht do you think is the cause?

Dear Rovie,i can understand your concern
in my opinion glucophage and januvia are not showing any effect in you.
i guess you need to meet your doctor and consider using a short course of insulin.
Once your sugars got stabilised from present condition you can shift to oral medications again
