How To Reduce Swelling In Ankle While On Medication For High BP?

I have High BP. I was taking Prolomet AM 50. As a result, my ankles have swollen up. The doctor then changed my medicine to Telsar Beta 50 mg. He also gave me CTD 6.25 mg for 2 weeks. The swelling hasn t gone down yet. What should I do? The swelling is making it very difficult for me to walk. i have bad knees as well.

Based on the history you seem to have developed painful swelling of the joints apparently due to arthritis. I advise you to consult your doctor/rheumatologist for further clinical evaluation and its appropriate treatment.
