be sure to let your MD know. Could be dependent edema from the increased fluid loads given during the post op time, but could be signs of worse problems, such as a deep vein thrombosis- this could be lethal. Also you might have CHF congestive heart failure, once again talk with your MD. After that is done, you should be on a cardio rehab program that teaches proper eating, exercise and medication regiment.
