How To Reduce Swelling In Nose Of A Child?

My daughter slipped and fell on the way to school. She has a graze on her forehead a slit lip and has a very swollen nose. She is 8yrs old. We have been icing the nose for half an hour and the swelling has gone down a little but still swollen. She said it does not hurt when I touch it and it feels ok. Should I get it checked over? Worried mom.
