How To Reduce Swelling On The Vaginal Lips After Intercourse?

Hi so today my boyfriend and I had some rough sex and it was a little painful at points but I continued because it wasn t too bad. Anyway, afterwards I felt discomfort in my underwear and I thought it was just a wedgie or something but then I noticed my inner lips down towards my vaginal opening were swollen. There is no pain, or itching, it s just kind of uncomfortable. Im assuming it was due to the fact I wasn t that wet during intercourse. What could I do to get the swelling to go down?
