hello sir My right side penis balls pain from 10-20 days I have visited to locla clinic dr said there is a swelling in your cord, he gave me medicine after taken medicine I got relief in swelling but pain is continues sir I am very afraid I got married 3 month back. please suggest

what you have mentioned in history appers to be orchitis or epididamitis. they are generally filarial infection. go for night blood examination to detect microfilaria. if so tab banocide 100mg is to be taken 3times for 21days. along with some antiinflamatory can be taken, i think you will improve.
