How To Reduce The Elevated MCH Levels In The Blood?

Hi Doctor, My name is Hari Krishnan D. age 30 and I have done blood test and now the result shows that my MCH level 33.7(H). How to reduce my MCH level and maintain the correct level? Is there any problem if it is 33.7? Do I need to take any medications? Please advice. Thanks,

Hello,

The normal range of MCH is up to 33. Your MCH is borderline elevated only.

If all other CBC parameter are within range than no need to worry. You can revert back with CBC report to check other parameters.
