How To Reduce The Stress During Marriage Ceremony?
My wedding is in a few months and I just know I am going to blubber during the ceremony as the emotion really gets to me...is there anything I can take to reduce the chances of this? I am a Paramedic so can probably get hold of most common medications etc...
Anxiety is fear of something which may or may not be true or may or may not happen in the future. Anxiety is known to produce so many weird symptoms that have no physiological backup. They tend to be just obsessive. You are stressed just because you are anxious about the marriage ceremony.
You should know, there is nothing you can predict about the future. You can just be hopeful that everything goes well. Therefore, be optimistic about the future and live today.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. K. V. Anand
