How To Reduce Weight After Child Birth?

Fluid after pregnancy and weight loss just not happening after 3rd child went from 64kg to 84kg 4.3kg baby I feel like I still have fluid and haven t lost much I ve always been early 60s now feel like only few kgs have come off i find it harder this time around in my mid 30s then my early 20s

Hi,

It would be advisable to lose weight by natural means through diet and exercise. Regular exercise like brisk walking for 40 minutes a day would be beneficial.

Diet less in carbohydrates with more of added fibers like salads and proteins will help to reduce weight. Take fruits like oranges, guava, apple and avoid intake of banana and jack-fruit. Drink good quantities of fluids. Avoid intake of junk and fast foods.
