How To Reduce Weight To Have Healthy Life?

Hi I m 35 yrs old female 5.1 height weight 81 kg.I m mother of 3 kids(3 c setions).I want to reduce weight n improve my health.I feel tired very soon don t feel hungry much of the time.I also feel congestion in my throat often.Pls guide me what should I do n which doctor to visit.

You have to first schedule your eating. Daily morning exercise for at least half an hour. Small eating 4-5 times a day. Avoid high Calgary diet,fatty foods n junk foods. Include more n more salad , fruits and green leafy vegetables in your diet.
