Hello dear
I have gone through your question.

The difficulty to loss weight can be a sign that your thyroid is not under control and your dose of levothyroxine is not right.

Weight gain or the difficulty to lose weight are important signs of hypothyroidism. For this reason i suspect that you do not take enough eltroxin.

If you were my patient i will order a TSH test for you. This test will help to know if your thyroid hormone replacement therapy is Ok or it is necessary to increase the dosis. The dode adjustment will help to improve your health.

When your TSH will be within the normal range and you'll have a health diet plan,i'm sure you'll lose weight and feel better.

It is not healthy to try weight loss drugs, appetite Suppressants that you find on internet.I suggest to talk with your physician before you take a treatement for your problem because it can be harmful for you.

Hope my inormation is helpful. If you have other questions, feel free to ask.I will be happy to help.
Wish you good health.
