I am 40 yrs, female, 5.5 tall, weight 98kgs. Doing regular excersise [strength training and cardio] for past 3 years. Lost only 2 kgs. [ was 100kgs] Weight does not reduce. No other health issues. Diet - breakfast @ oats , lunch @ one cup brown rice. lots of fruits and vegetables and pulses. please advice
