I am 80kg now... I have been working so hard to loose up to 15-20kg in a few months but it hasn t been successful. Please is there any special advise for me? I have bought so many medications online, gone to gyms and have spent so much but it s not working. my boyfriend has started telling me to loose weight. He doesn t like fat neither do I. Please help
Hi, Welcome to HCM. Reduction in weight should be gradual and there are no proved medications available. The best way to achieve is through diet and exercise. Cut excess calories in your diet by deleting oily and refined carbohydrate foods. Supplement with protein rich foods. Eat vegetable salads. Have one fruit daily at night. Brisk walk for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening regularly to be done. If you follow these strictly, you will lose weight in a healthy way in about 4 to 6 months.
