I understand your concern to reduce weight.
Power
yoga what you have started with is a good move. But power yoga is more of
aerobic exercise which burns your calories fast. Hence you have lost sufficient quantity of weight as its result.
To further decrease, you need to continue doing power yoga. Along with this if you include
isometric exercise, it will help you to decrease weight more steadily.
Simple brisk walking for 40 minutes regularly (20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening) would be a good exercise to reduce weight.
Since diet also contributes to reduce weight, you need to eat less
carbohydrate and fat diet, and include moderate protein, more fibre and vegetable salads with fruits. Also drink good quantity of water or fluids to keep yourself well hydrated.
Gradually, you will further reduce weight to your satisfaction.
