iam 26 yrs old i suffered dengue fever 2 month back . now lot of hair loss on my head. what can i do?? agn regain my hair or not. when my hand own head lot of hair is removed in my hand thn i feel very nevous sisution plz plz help me what about remady soution....

Welcome to healthcare magic.
You seem to be having acute telogen effluvium. This is a temporary hair fall which occurs 2-3 months after recovering from an illness / surgery.
You could benefit from taking oral supplements containing biotin, cysteine and methionine one tablet a day for 3 months. You cpuld aldo apply a gel containing biotin and dexpanthenol onto the scalp twice a day. Do not stress. The hair cycle will be restored within 3-3 months and you will regain your lost hair.
