How To Regenerate The Lost Gum Tissue Besides Gum Grafts?
I'm 20 years old, 5' 10'', and 130 pounds with no particular medical history to mention. My question is recently gums around my canines receded about 1 mm and 1.5 mm each. My dentist says it's not a big problem, but I'm quite stressed out about its esthetical aspect. Are there any ways to regenerate the lost gum tissue besides gum grafts?

It is not a major issue, but still it can be regenrated with gum graft, for this you need to consult to an PERIODONTIST, and take a second opinion, a complete clinical and radiological examination of the region is required.
